Financials

Commitment to improving your well-being is an emotional and financial investment for yourself, your loved ones, and your future. As a therapist, I believe in fostering an open dialogue about fees. I understand that financial concerns are a barrier to seeking help, so I prefer to discuss fees in a personalized manner. Therapy is about building trust and creating a safe space for open discussion, and starting with a conversation about fees helps in establishing that trust from the beginning. I hope to ensure that anyone who reaches out for help feels valued and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Out-of-Network Benefits

Clients often use their "out-of-network" insurance benefits to obtain some reimbursement for services. If you choose to pursue your out-of-network benefits, then I will send you a monthly invoice (also known as a “superbill”) that you can use to file an insurance claim. The process for filing a claim and the amount you receive in reimbursement depends on your particular plan, so I recommend obtaining additional information from your insurance company. Find out what your benefits are by calling your insurance company and asking the questions below.
